On Mobile
1. Open Up Facebook App.
2. Go to the page of the person whom you want to report. Tap the search bar on top of the screen, enter the name of the individual you intend to report, tap their name, and after that tap their account photo.
3. Tap More. This choice is near the top of the user's web page, just listed below and also to the right of their name.
